Steph Hewitt & Neil Buchan - Part 1

In the first part of this three-part episode, I talk with Steph Hewitt who owns Odds and Ends Coffee in Edinburgh, about the running of an independent coffee shop. I also speak to Neil Buchan who recently set up Unorthodox Roasters, a new coffee roaster in Kinross.
